The YOGA BOOTCAMP is here to stay:: Join us on Sunday mornings @ 8:00 AM no registration required. This class will be a "one-stop-shop" for those looking for a class that will firm, burn, balance, and stretch with mindfulness. This class will begin with a series of sun salutations and integrated will be cardio to raise the heart-rate with slow and steady dumbbell strengtheners. We will end class with some restorative stretching and a juicy savasana.
